Director Harvey Luth resides in the City of Chino with his wife Stephanie. They have
two grown children, Candice and Brandon.
Harvey grew up in Chino and the surrounding area and attended Ontario Christian School. He attended Cal Poly Pomona majoring in Business Management.
Harvey works for L&L Nursery Supply in San Bernardino as COO and corporate secretary. He is responsible for managing the purchasing department and has oversight of Accounting and IT. L&L is an employee owned company and Harvey serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees.
Harvey has been active in many community groups and civic functions. He is a past Community Services Commissioner and past Planning Commissioner for the City of Chino. He also served the City of Chino on various committees including the Climate Action Plan Committee, General Plan Update Steering Committee, Design Review Board, and City Centennial Committee.
Harvey has served as an assistant coach for Chino Girls Fast Pitch Softball and as a coach and referee for AYSO. He also served on the Don Lugo Spirit Boosters as treasurer for three years and on two Grad Nite Committees.
Harvey is involved in Kiwanis and is a past President of the Chino Club. He has also served on the YMCA Board, the C.H.I.E.F.S. Board and currently serves as President of the Board for 3-Way Thrift based in Chino. In 2003, the City of Chino awarded him with the Edwin Rhodes Community Service Award.
In his personal time, Harvey attends CrossPoint Church where he served as a deacon. He likes to golf, work in his yard and spend time with his grandson Carter.
