Fire District Goals 20081) Complete construction and relocation of Fire Administration with a target occupancy date of November 2008.
2) Finalize funding and design, and work with the City of Chino to award the bid for construction of new Station 1 and the Training Facility at 4th Street and Schaefer Avenue.
3) With the City of Chino, finalize funding, design and timing for the construction of Station 7 at Ross and Riverside Avenue.
4) Negotiate a successor MOU with SBPEA.
5) Review and update the Fire District fee schedule for implementation on July 1, 2008
6) Review and update the Fire District vehicle replacement plan.
7) Develop and standardize a comprehensive wellness monitoring program.
8) Review and update the Fire Districts’ Information Technology Plan to include financial, personnel, and permit processing software.
9) Complete a Capital asset inventory.
10) Update District Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
